Construction Management Services

The City of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, requires professional construction management services to guide, assist, and represent the municipality through the planning, design, bidding, construction, and occupancy phases of an upcoming building project. To optimize project finances, the provider must facilitate the bidding of each individual construction contract and manage the direct ordering of materials to secure municipal sales tax exemptions. The scope of work demands continuous project oversight, including the preparation of routine progress updates, budget forecasting, schedule deviation tracking, and active planning reports for city officials. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely within the United States, as the performance of all contracted work will take place on-site in Eau Claire. The city is currently seeking budget proposals for these services, and prospective bidders must submit all clarifying questions regarding the procurement no later than June 4, 2026.
