Utility Engineering Services

The City of Sequim, Washington, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive utility engineering services. The agency requires professional support to maintain, evaluate, and design its municipal utility infrastructure. This initiative aims to address ongoing engineering needs across the city's water, wastewater, and reclamation systems. The scope of work covers capital facility plan preparation, SCADA evaluation and implementation, and booster and lift station design. The selected partner will also perform distribution and collection system design, water reclamation plant design, and maintenance program development. Additional responsibilities include hydraulic capacity analysis, peer review of private development proposals, asset management and rating development, and engineering support during construction. Eligible bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency accepts digital proposal submissions via email or through their online portal.
