LED Lights Installation, Dimming and Controls Upgradation Service

The town of North Andover, Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to replace the stage lighting dimming and control infrastructure and upgrade all auditorium bulbs to LED fixtures. The agency aims to modernize its existing stage dimming system by installing a new ETC DRd12 enclosure populated with dimmer, relay, and PhaseAdept modules. The project also requires the installation of a Paradigm architectural control system featuring wall-mounted button stations, a portable touchscreen, and a wall-mounted Ethernet touchscreen for scene and preset recall. The selected contractor must install Pathport DMX-over-network nodes and a Cisco managed network switch housed in a new dedicated equipment rack. The scope of work includes installing plug-in stations across the stage for DMX and network access, as well as providing an ETC Ion XE20 lighting console. The vendor will supply and install sixty-eight LED fixtures across all stage lighting positions, along with all associated cabling, c-clamps, and safety cables. Town electricians will complete the physical electrical work, while the vendor remains responsible for commissioning the new system and training agency staff on its operation. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performance of the contracted work must take place onsite at the agency facility in North Andover.
