The Port of Seattle, Washington requires a vendor to provide comprehensive benefits account services, record keeping, and administrative services in connection with the port's plans. The agency requires the vendor to verify employee and account eligibility, determine eligible reimbursement amounts based on annual elections and regulations, and communicate with claimants via phone, text, email, fax, or letter. Additionally, the vendor must regularly review accounts to prevent over-reimbursement, proactively recover any excess funds, and distribute account statements to employees at least twice a year via mail and email. Bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency will accept digital proposal submissions via email or online, and the contract period will run for one year. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders rather than providing a set budget limit. The agency has scheduled a pre-bid conference for June 04, 2026.
