Group Dental Insurance Service

The selected provider must process and pay claims in a timely manner while supporting all program-related member communications, including open enrollment, direct mailings, and other media. The agency requires the adoption of innovative solutions within the program, specifically highlighting technology engagement solutions and virtual dentistry. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 12, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 15, 2026.
