Expanded Learning Opportunities Program Service

The Adelanto Elementary School District in Adelanto, California, is seeking consultants to implement an Expanded Learning Opportunities Program. The district needs to merge school reform strategies with community resources to support the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of its students. This program must provide a safe, constructive environment that assists students and broadens their support base through active, hands-on, and collaborative learning experiences. The selected provider must deliver enrichment sessions twice a week per skill level, covering beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. These sessions must serve students in grades TK-2nd and 3rd-5th over three rotations lasting nine to ten weeks each at the designated school site. The program must align with certified assurances, priorities, and applicable education code requirements while serving diverse student populations, including economically disadvantaged students, English learners, foster youth, homeless youth, and students with disabilities. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must demonstrate the capacity to provide sufficient staff to deliver the program services, which may be performed onsite or offsite. The district is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract will run for a period of one year.
