Crime Laboratory Equipment Support Plan Services

The New Jersey State Police Forensic Science Commission is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive crime laboratory equipment support plan. The agency requires this support plan to maintain the operational integrity and accuracy of specific high-precision laboratory instruments. The targeted equipment includes a Q Exactive Focus, an Ultimate 3000 HPG-3400RS, two Triplus RSH Base Liquid + HS Config units, an UltiMate 3000 WPS-3000TRS Thermostatted autosampler, and a Trace 1300 FID Module. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to deliver service visits with a maximum seventy-two-hour response time by authorized or certified service engineers. The agency also mandates one scheduled preventative maintenance visit per year for each listed piece of equipment, along with factory-certified replacement parts and regular software updates and notifications. The contract period for these maintenance and support services will span two years. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located within the United States. The agency requires the performance of the service work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally, either via email or through the designated online portal, and must include a detailed cost proposal as the agency is currently looking for proposal pricing.
