Wellness Portal

The agency is seeking a wellness portal exclusively for city employees, retirees covered under the municipal medical plan, and their covered dependents. This platform must be fully customizable, allowing the employer to make updates and changes directly. The agency requires a detailed description of all customizable elements within the proposed system. The project scope includes the ability to upload and host educational materials such as videos, webinars, and articles. The portal must also provide pre-existing content for immediate use by members. Functionality must include tracking for physical activity, specifically steps and minutes, as well as program participation and biometric results. The agency intends to maintain member engagement through periodic behavior change campaigns and challenges integrated into the site. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations located within the United States. All performance of work will occur offsite at the vendor’s own office location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026.
