This solution must solve the need for improved public understanding through data visualization and storytelling tools, including charts, dashboards, maps, and contextual narratives. The agency requires a platform that maintains its current portal design through customizable website features while providing unlimited public access and administrative accounts. The project scope covers a cloud-based, browser-agnostic Software as a Service (SaaS) or fully vendor-hosted solution. The platform must utilize responsive web design for compatibility with smartphones and tablets and support common machine-readable formats such as CSV, JSON, XML, and GeoJSON. The agency also requires robust search and discovery capabilities, including keyword filtering, tagging, and metadata-based discovery. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency expects all performance of work to occur offsite.
