This system must centralize the management of program indicators, interventions, and partner information while ensuring compliance with data protection standards for personally identifiable information. The primary goal involves replacing fragmented Excel files and manual consolidation with automated dashboards and reporting tools. The scope of work covers the development of a database with real-time and offline field data collection capabilities. The architecture must be cloud-hosted on AWS, Azure, or OneDrive to ensure resilience and future regional expansion. The agency requires integration with existing operational tools, including APIs for AyuTE UI/UX and AI-enabled functionalities for data quality assurance and real-time insights. The project includes the creation of an interactive dashboard powered by Microsoft Power BI to visualize indicators, targets, and milestones. A public-facing website will mirror this internal dashboard to showcase agricultural landscapes, project outcomes, and investment opportunities to potential donors and private sector partners. Additionally, the system must incorporate SMS messaging tools for disseminating information to farmers and stakeholders. Eligibility for this opportunity is open to vendors worldwide.
