The government authority in Ohio is seeking a partner to provide behavioral health hospital and related services. The scope of work covers inpatient behavioral health management, clinical staffing models, and operational performance improvement strategies. The selected partner must deliver excellent quality and safety, improve patient experience, maximize service access, and ensure financial sustainability. Additionally, the project requires coordination with medical, surgical, and community care teams while supporting academic and teaching missions. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all requested work will take place offsite. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to define the financial structure.
