Construct Pre-Filter System

The government authority located in Nevada is seeking a vendor to construct a pre-filter system. The agency requires the selected contractor to repair or remove and replace defective construction, as well as restore damaged substrates and finishes. Repairing activities include replacing defective parts, refinishing damaged surfaces, touching up with matching materials, and properly adjusting operating equipment. The scope of work also requires the contractor to remove and replace damaged surfaces exposed to view if those surfaces cannot be repaired without visible evidence of repair. Additionally, the contractor must remove and replace chipped, scratched, and broken glass or reflective surfaces. All performance of the work must take place onsite at the Nevada location.
