Municipal Paving Service

The City of Lynchburg, Virginia, requires a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive municipal paving services. The agency is seeking to restore and improve its roadway infrastructure through asphalt paving, shoulder restoration, and pavement marking. This project addresses the ongoing maintenance and rehabilitation needs of the municipality's public roads. The scope of work covers the provision of Type I aggregate stone for shoulder restoration and the application of SM-9.5 A and SM-12.5 D asphalt concrete pavement.
