Landscape, Properties and Hardscape Improvement Service

The City of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking a vendor to provide landscape, properties, and hardscape improvement services. The agency is trying to increase neighborhood identity and pride by beautifying ten selected blocks per year. This program aims to provide visual improvements to residents' properties from the curb to the steps. The scope of work covers developing block work scopes after field assessments, inspecting completed work, and documenting the transformational impact with after photos. The selected vendor must also provide digital copies of program documents, including work scopes, program consent, indemnification and release forms, and block closure petition signatures. The agency is placing a strong emphasis on proposals where the vendor can carry out construction in-house. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The performance of all requested work must take place onsite in Harrisburg. The agency has established a budget of up to 1,000,000 USD for this project. The contract period will run for one year.
