The City of Glenn Heights, Texas is seeking a qualified financial institution to provide comprehensive, consistent, and quality bank depository services. The agency requires a partner to manage its consolidated cash account, which serves as the primary operating account for the government authority. Through this partnership, the agency aims to maintain an excellent, reliable working relationship with its chosen depository. The scope of work covers the management of all bank depository services, including processing Automated Clearing House deposits from credit card processing centers. The selected institution must also handle manual and remote deposit capture deposits for utility billing, court payments, and miscellaneous cash receipts, as well as facilitate transfers to investment accounts. The agency requires bidders to address estimated activity volumes on all accounts, the proposed method and terms of compensation, submission instructions, and contract award provisions. Eligible bidders must be organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to take place either onsite or offsite. The contract period will span three years, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 12, 2026.
