Vehicle Towing and Storage Services

The City of St. Petersburg, Florida requires a contractor to provide vehicle towing and storage services on an as-needed basis. The agency needs to manage vehicles that are damaged in accidents, reported stolen, impounded for illegal street storage, or otherwise requiring towing or storage at the direction of authorized city personnel. To solve this storage and security problem, the agency requires a primary facility that can accommodate at least 150 vehicles. The scope of work also demands indoor evidence storage for up to 50 vehicles, which must include at least three isolated or taped-off investigation areas. The agency requires the capacity to support evidence holds for up to two years or until criminal resolution. The contract period will span one year, and the performance of all work will occur offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore United States organizations. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will accept responses digitally via email or online. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 15, 2026.
