Outpatient Addictions Treatment and Case Management Services

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide outpatient addictions treatment and case management services for a contract period of one year. The agency requires the selected provider to secure office space that accommodates treatment groups of up to twenty-five participants and includes a separate, secure, private office for individual sessions. This facility must also feature space for a small, locked refrigerator dedicated solely to storing drug screening urine samples, as well as a restroom facility suitable for observing and collecting these samples. Staffing requirements dictate that the vendor must provide one counsellor or case manager who will dedicate forty hours per week to the project when the active participant caseload exceeds ten participants. If the active caseload falls below eleven participants, the counsellor or case manager will dedicate twenty hours per week to the project. Additionally, the provider must employ one clinical supervisor to dedicate a minimum of one hour per week to oversee the direct service counsellor or case manager. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations only, and the performance of the work will take place offsite.
