Early Literacy Professional Learning, Coaching and High-Dosage Tutoring Service

The Oregon Department of Education, located in Salem, Oregon, is seeking external providers to deliver early literacy professional learning, coaching, and high-dosage tutoring services. This opportunity supports grant recipients of the Early Literacy Success School District Grants who choose to utilize external vendors for their literacy initiatives. The agency is trying to solve the challenge of implementing effective early literacy strategies by offering districts access to vetted professional learning, curriculum implementation support, and tutoring resources. The scope of work covers professional learning and coaching, the adoption and implementation of curriculum, high-dosage tutoring, and extended learning programs. It also includes assisting districts with the hiring of literacy specialists, coaches, and interventionists. Bidders must submit their proposals by completing and sharing Google Sheet links to the agency's Early Literacy Professional Learning and Coaching Workbook and/or the Early Literacy High-Dosage Tutoring Workbook within a designated Smartsheet form. Eligible bidders must perform all work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year for these services. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of the services.
