De-Escalation, Seclusion and Restraint Training Services

The Atlanta, Georgia government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive de-escalation, seclusion, and restraint training services. The agency is attempting to strengthen its district-wide approach to behavior support, crisis prevention, and safe intervention practices. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to deliver instructor certification training for 316 staff members and standard certification training for an additional 28 staff members. To ensure quality and safety, the agency requires the vendor to limit training groups to a maximum of 18 participants per session. The pricing structure must utilize a per-participant fee that includes all registrations, materials, and certifications. Additionally, the vendor must provide participants with access to a nationwide network support system. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
