Airport Consulting Engineering Services

The City of Vero Beach, Florida, is seeking professional general engineering consulting services for public airport facility development and reconstruction projects contemplated at the regional airport over an upcoming five-year period. The agency needs to address the ongoing development, modernization, and reconstruction needs of its public airport facility. This opportunity requires a qualified engineering partner to support the city through all phases of airport infrastructure improvement. The scope of work covers the performance of all preliminary, design, bidding and negotiation, and construction phases. Specific tasks include conferring with the city on project requirements, finances, and schedules, as well as performing surveying, geotechnical engineering studies, and field investigations. The selected consultant will provide civil, structural, environmental, mechanical, electrical, landscaping, architectural, and planning services. Responsibilities also encompass bidding and construction administration, resident inspection, technical studies, and the preparation of plans, specifications, construction contract documents, engineer's design reports, cost estimating, and scheduling. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the requested work will take place offsite.
