Bus Transit System

The Seneca Nation of Indians or local government authority in Salamanca, New York, is seeking a contractor to provide an Inter-Territory and Intra-Territory bus transit system. The agency requires vehicles to operate a fixed-route public transportation bus service that includes route deviation capabilities. To solve their transit needs, the agency requires a system that currently utilizes one vehicle for each round trip, and the requested hourly rates must exclude the cost of fuel. The scope of work covers the operation of this transit system over a contract period of three years. Because the performance of the work must occur onsite, the agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States.
