Emergency Shelter Beds and Case Management Services

The California government authority is seeking a vendor to provide on-call emergency shelter beds and comprehensive case management services for adult human trafficking victim-survivors. The agency needs these services delivered within its existing facilities and frameworks to support victim-survivors through trauma-informed care. This initiative aims to solve the critical need for immediate, safe housing and structured support for vulnerable individuals recovering from exploitation. The scope of work covers emergency and interim shelter services, facility operation, food services, and trauma-informed case management. The selected vendor must also provide linkages to clinical services as appropriate and deliver additional related services as requested by the County to address client needs. Performance of the work will take place offsite from the agency's primary locations. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project, and bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online.
