Case Management Service

The government authority in Jefferson, Missouri is seeking foster care case management services for children in out-of-home placements. The agency requires family-centered services for parents, siblings, and legal guardians from whose care the child was removed, alongside resource home and community resource development. The selected contractor must deliver services that respect the culture, ethnicity, and religious practices of the child and the child's family. The agency also requires the services to respect and meet the needs of family members who have physical, cognitive, or mental disabilities and limitations. The contractor must keep all case records of referred children separate from other cases, ensuring these records are only accessible to personnel performing related tasks. The performance of this work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. A pre-bid teleconference is scheduled for June 16, 2026.
