Flight Check Training Services

The Nevada Division of Forestry in Minden, Nevada, is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive flight check training services. The agency requires this training to ensure its pilots maintain proficiency in critical emergency procedures and aircraft-specific academic knowledge. The training program must cover both theoretical ground instruction and practical, in-flight emergency maneuvers. The requested scope of work consists of a two-day ground school and a three-day practical flight training program. The ground school must cover Federal Aviation Administration airspace, weather, performance planning, and academic training specifically for the Bell 212 Single and Bell 205A1 aircraft. The practical flight training must take place in a UH-1H aircraft and focus on autorotation maneuvers, hydraulic failures, and tail rotor failure emergency procedures. Eligible bidders must be United States organizations, as the agency limits participation to onshore entities. The agency requires the performance of the work to take place offsite.
