Police Cadet Program Services

The City of Minneapolis, Minnesota is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive police cadet program services. The agency requires a partner to manage cadet support and program administration, which includes providing supplemental instruction, academic support, and tutoring. The selected vendor must track cadet attendance, academic progress, performance, and completion status, while notifying the City of any performance concerns, academic risks, or conduct issues. The scope of work also demands classroom, scenario-based, and practical skills training that meets or exceeds board licensing requirements. This training must cover high-stress scenario simulation, mental-health-related response training, traffic stops, active shooter scenarios, firearms instruction, and defensive tactics. The agency requires the vendor to maintain appropriate records and provide progress reports upon request. Only United States organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performing vendor will conduct all work offsite. The contract period will span three years, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
