Vision Therapy Services

The Passaic Public Schools district in New Jersey requires a contracted vendor to provide professional vision therapy services for students. The agency is attempting to resolve student vision issues that impact learning by delivering targeted therapy directly within the educational environment or other approved settings. The scope of work covers therapy sessions delivered on location in the student's classroom, school, or other district-identified facility, as well as at the physician’s office, or at the child's home under special pre-approved circumstances. The division of special education scheduling personnel will coordinate and transmit all service provisions directly to the selected provider. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency permits the performance of the work to occur offsite, which includes the specified home and office locations. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal. The agency is seeking budget proposals from bidders to establish the cost of these services, and the resulting contract will run for a period of one year.
