SharePoint Migration Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive SharePoint migration services to replace Alfresco as its Enterprise Content Management system. This project requires the design and configuration of a SharePoint Online architecture that conforms to specific agency requirements for governance, retention, metadata standards, and access controls. The new system will utilize SharePoint for file storage, while a model-driven Power App will manage the site and folder structures. The scope of work includes establishing a target operating model for SharePoint Online and implementing enterprise data governance through metadata models and taxonomy. The selected provider must migrate content from Alfresco, existing SharePoint libraries, and other select document storage systems into the newly designed structure. Responsibilities also cover the procurement of necessary migration tools and the implementation of hub sites that adhere to enterprise standards for document libraries. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the USA to meet eligibility requirements. All work will be performed offsite, and the agency accepts digital submissions via email or online portals.
