The agency is seeking a cloud-based Electronic Document Management System to provide centralized storage, software implementation, and ongoing technical support. This solution must solve the need for configurable workflows for document routing, departmental business processes, and comprehensive records lifecycle management. The project includes the migration of existing data from shared drives and legacy platforms into the new system.
