Artificial Intelligence -Ready Program Service

The agency is seeking an artificial intelligence-ready program service to strengthen coordination around AI readiness at local, state, and national levels. This initiative requires collaboration with community colleges, career and technical programs, trade and technical schools, and traditional colleges and universities. The project leverages existing networks, partnerships, consortia, and resources to accelerate AI adoption while identifying and addressing critical gaps in readiness. The scope of work focuses on enabling all Americans to become AI-literate and AI-ready. The agency aims to empower businesses, particularly small and emerging enterprises, to adopt AI for increased competitiveness, productivity, and growth. Support for local governments and organizations is also required to help them harness AI for improved public services and local innovation. The program must strengthen workforce capacity to apply and innovate with AI across education, business, economic sectors, and public services. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. The agency requires all work to be performed offsite and requests that bidders provide a budget proposal for the services.
