Medical and Safety Supplies

The City of Buda, Texas, is seeking a vendor to provide medical and safety supplies. Alongside these supplies, the agency requires a comprehensive review and update of its Project Based Voucher policy, processes, workflows, forms, and contracts to ensure compliance and efficiency. The selected vendor will also conduct assessments of the Project Based Voucher team, assist with landlord recruitment and education, provide technical assistance with Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing award implementation, and deliver staff training and on-call technical assistance as needed. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely within the United States. The agency requires the vendor to perform all professional services and administrative work offsite at the vendor's own office location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this contract. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted to the agency no later than June 22, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submitted bids to determine the most advantageous solution for these supply and technical assistance needs.
