Reset Center Construction Service

The government authority located in Salt Lake, Utah, requires reset center construction services. The agency is seeking to solve facility infrastructure needs by securing specific valve and piping components for the construction. The project covers the procurement and installation of various valves, including ball valves, check valves, gate valves, globe valves, and dry-pipe valves with specified technical standards. The scope of work requires ball valves that are NPS 2 and smaller, featuring a two-piece copper-alloy body with a chrome-plated brass ball, a 600-psig minimum cold working pressure rating, a blowout-proof stem, and threaded ends. Check valves must be NPS 2 and smaller, swing type with a bronze body, nonmetallic disc, and threaded ends. Gate valves and globe valves must also be NPS 2 and smaller, featuring bronze bodies and threaded ends. The dry-pipe valves must include quick-opening devices, trim sets for air supply, drain, priming level, alarm connections, ball drip valves, pressure gages, priming chamber attachments, and fill-line attachments. Bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. The contract period will run for one year. The agency will hold a pre-bid meeting on June 16, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 30, 2026.
