Landscape Maintenance Services

The government authority located in Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide complete and continuous vegetative maintenance at all right-of-way areas, landscape easements, and roadway medians. The agency requires the contractor to maintain all specified right-of-way areas at the submitted unit cost with no additional cost to the owner. When directed, the contractor must speak and meet with the assigned Landscape Management Inspector on the site where the work is to be performed. The agency limits eligibility to onshore United States organizations. The selected contractor must perform all landscape maintenance work onsite at the designated Virginia locations. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget.
