Opioid Overdose Crisis Services

The government authority in Minnesota is seeking a vendor to provide opioid overdose crisis services. This initiative addresses the opioid overdose crisis in communities and populations that have been historically underserved and disproportionately impacted by opioid-related overdose deaths. The agency requires strategies that focus on community-based engagement, culturally responsive strategies, and overdose prevention and community response. The scope of work covers intergenerational and family-focused approaches alongside improving access to services and supports. Performance of the requested work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 15, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on these requirements to select a vendor capable of delivering these critical crisis services.
