Investment Management Services

The government authority located in California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive investment management and portfolio management services. The agency is revising its investment policy to allow additional investments consistent with State statutes. To solve its portfolio management needs, the agency requires a vendor to manage portfolios consisting of operating funds and construction funds. Bidders must provide an organizational chart showing the functions, positions, and titles of the investment professionals within their organization. The agency requires biographical information, resumes, and the number of years at the firm for all investment professionals involved in the portfolio decision-making process. Bidders must also submit data on their account and asset growth over the past three years, as well as the number of separate accounts they manage containing operating and construction funds. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency will allow the work to be performed either onsite or offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed specific evaluation criteria or key dates in the initial request.
