Employee Benefits Insurance Broker Service

The Orange County Transportation Authority in Orange, California, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive employee benefits insurance broker and consulting services. The selected partner will manage insurance renewals, conduct cost analyses, provide plan comparison summaries, and offer strategic recommendations for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary, and ancillary benefit plans. The scope of work covers strategic planning, compliance support, claims analysis, wellness program management, and employee benefits administration. The agency requires the broker to coordinate and support integration between insurance carriers, benefits administration platforms, and the Paycor payroll system.
