RFI for Capital Asset Management Service

The Veterans Health Administration is seeking a vendor to provide a Capital Asset Management Service to support its activation program for major lease and major construction projects. The agency needs financial support to manage its portfolio of future lease and construction projects, as well as ongoing assistance to develop reports, update project estimate changes, and create presentations. Additionally, the agency requires the maintenance and update of database information to support an effective activation funding process and ensure the management tool utilizes current data. The agency is restricting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected vendor will perform all requested work offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget for this project.
