Supervised Visitation, Parent Coaching and Transportation Services

The Idaho government authority is seeking a vendor to provide supervised visitation, parent coaching, and transportation services. These services will support the department's ongoing efforts to facilitate and improve caregiver and child interactions. The selected vendor must ensure its service providers have access to adequate training, including car seat installation, supervision, and all necessary supplies and equipment at the vendor's own expense. The scope of work covers supervised visitation services, transportation and travel services, and court testimony services. The agency requires the performance of all contracted work to take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency is establishing a contract period that will run for five years. While the agency has not disclosed a specific budget, it is actively looking for proposals to determine the cost. The agency will host a pre-bid meeting on June 5, 2026, and requires all questions to be submitted no later than June 15, 2026.
