District Wide Courier Services

The Beaufort County School District in South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide district-wide courier services for the pick-up and delivery of internal and external mail, documents, and other materials. The agency needs to facilitate reliable transport across various schools and administrative locations within its jurisdiction. This contract will span a period of one year, with all work performed onsite. The scope of work requires three distinct service types to meet the agency's logistical needs. The selected provider must deliver scheduled courier services within twenty-four hours according to a daily route schedule of designated locations. Additionally, the agency requires emergency courier services with a two-hour delivery window for infrequent occurrences estimated at one to three times per year, as well as special courier services upon request. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and cost structure for these services.
