Armored Transport and Cash Management Services

The Louisiana government authority is seeking a vendor to provide armored transport, cash pickup, deposit processing, and related cash management services for multiple office locations within its service territory. The agency requires scheduled armored cash pickups, secure transport of deposits and financial instruments, and bank deposit delivery services. Additionally, the selected vendor must provide coin and currency change order services, cash vault processing, reconciliation support, tamper-evident bags, deposit supplies, and comprehensive reporting and account tracking capabilities. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite at the vendor's own office locations.
