Private Cosmetology School Instruction Service

The Davis School District in Utah is seeking a vendor to provide private cosmetology school instruction services for high school students. The selected provider must maintain accurate student attendance records and deliver monthly attendance reports to the designated high school coordinator. Additionally, the instructor must report student progress on a mid-term and end-of-term basis to ensure students are meeting cosmetology program standards. The agency will compensate the private school only for students who enter the program at the beginning of a semester and exit at the end of that semester. The provider must enforce strict enrollment windows, prohibiting students from entering the program more than one week after the first day of the semester or exiting after the first week and before the final day of the semester. The contract period will span one year, and the performance of all instructional work will occur offsite at the provider's facility. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested parties. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 12, 2026.
