Training Program Service

The California-based government authority is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive training program service. The agency needs to deliver training in one or more target industry sectors, specifically business services, construction, manufacturing, and transportation/logistics. Additionally, the agency requires training for incumbents in industry-agnostic roles, such as frontline supervision, project management, operational leadership, and team management, backed by committed support from at least one employer in the four target sectors. The selected provider must demonstrate the capacity, either directly or through partnerships, to recruit participants for these training programs. The scope of work also requires the provider to screen candidates to determine their readiness for the corresponding training courses. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative.
