Hydrologic Database Support Services

The agency requires hydrologic database support services to manage an Oracle-based system and its associated software applications. This system automatically collects, stores, and retrieves operational and hydrologic data from various sources to assist staff and the public in interpreting the hydrologic system. The project aims to consolidate data currently residing in disparate systems and personal spreadsheets into a single, unified environment. The scope of work involves ensuring complete and consistent data collection, maintaining the database system, and resolving system malfunctions. The agency seeks automated generation of time-aggregated summary data and the development of related tools and application software. Documentation of all data sources remains a primary requirement for the duration of the contract. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. Performance of the work may occur either onsite or offsite depending on the specific task requirements. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish a budget for these services.
