RFI for Drug Medical Organized Delivery System

The County of San Diego is seeking information and proposals to establish a Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System and perinatal substance use disorder outpatient treatment services. The county aims to address substance use conditions among pregnant and parenting women, including adolescent females aged fifteen years and older, as well as women seeking gender-specific substance use treatment. The requested services must include outpatient, intensive outpatient, and recovery services tailored to this specific demographic. Eligible organizations must be based onshore within the United States. The selected contractor must perform all work offsite at the contractor's own office location. The county is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial structure for these services.
