Occupational and Physical Therapy Services

The Greenwich Public Schools in Connecticut require licensed personnel to provide occupational and physical therapy services to students aged three to twenty-one. The agency needs these services to fulfill mandates outlined in student Individualized Educational Plans through direct and consultative therapy in individual or group sessions. The selected provider must participate in Individualized Educational Plans team meetings, develop goals and objectives within a transdisciplinary team, and deliver progress reports to team members and parents. The scope of work covers consultation to classroom teachers and agency staff, maintenance of records, and initial evaluations of new students alongside required re-evaluations of current students. The provider must conduct at least one staff meeting and one parent meeting per school each year to explain occupational and physical therapies as a related service. The agency also requires the provider to supervise staff, prepare accurate and timely monthly billing statements, and deliver professional learning to general and special education staff regarding eligibility and service-related information. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency expects the performance of the work to occur offsite. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders. Questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 8, 2026.
