RFI for Gastrointestinal Services

The issuing government authority is seeking information on the feasibility of delivering advanced diagnostic and therapeutic gastrointestinal services directly within its correctional facilities. Additionally, the authority requires virtual pre-procedure consultations and post-operative follow-up care through telemedicine. To support these services, the authority is requesting technical specifications for mobile units, including power, water, and data connectivity needs, as well as requirements to establish services within an existing facility through a temporary or semi-permanent clinic setup. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations located in the United States. Although the clinical work will be performed offsite relative to the vendor's home location, the services must be deliverable at the secure correctional facilities.
