Transportation Engineering Services

The Stafford County government authority in Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive transportation engineering, construction management, inspection, and planning services on an as-needed basis. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all contracted work to be performed onsite in Stafford, Virginia.
