Construction Management Services for Non-Federally Funded Projects

The Port of Oakland is seeking a vendor to provide construction management services for various non-federally funded construction projects in Oakland, California. The agency needs to manage improvement projects that typically include electrical, mechanical, structural, and other building improvements to the airport terminal and other airport and maritime buildings. The scope of work also covers airfield apron, taxiway, and runway grading and paving, maritime terminal grading and paving, and airport perimeter dike construction. Additionally, the selected vendor will oversee sewer and waterline rehabilitation and replacement, pump station rehabilitation and replacement, low, medium, and high voltage electrical work, and telecommunications work, including fiber optic systems. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place onsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget for these services. The agency will hold a pre-bid meeting on June 16, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 07, 2026.
