The agency also requires appraisals for multifamily structures up to a fourplex, multifamily complexes over a fourplex, and commercial properties such as retail, industrial, and office spaces. The contract period spans one year, and all performance of the work must occur onsite. Bidders must be located onshore within the United States to be eligible for this opportunity.
