Investment Advisory Services

The City of Manteca, California, is seeking a qualified onshore vendor to provide professional investment advisory services. The agency needs to review its current investment program and requires recommendations regarding its investment policy, liquidity management, and methods for achieving its investment objectives. The selected partner must also assist the agency in selecting an appropriate performance benchmark. The requested scope of work requires the delivery of detailed reports that include portfolio holdings, accrued interest, amortized cost, and market values. These reports must also detail security ratings, transaction details, principal and interest payments, earnings, and portfolio summary statistics. The agency requires the vendor to perform all work offsite at the vendor's own office location. Eligibility is strictly limited to United States organizations. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted to the agency no later than June 18, 2026.
