The selected provider must supply qualified, licensed drivers who possess valid commercial driver's licenses with passenger and school bus endorsements, current medical certifications, and clean driving records. The scope of work requires the vendor to respond to trip requests within two business days during the academic year and within three business days during the summer. The provider must accept requests through the agency's designated online portal, email, or phone system, and deliver written confirmations detailing vehicle types, driver assignments, and total costs. Additionally, the vendor must assign a primary point of contact available from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to coordinate scheduling. The agency requires a cancellation policy where cancellations made more than five business days prior to departure incur no penalty, while later cancellations are capped at 25% or 50% of the trip cost depending on the notice window. Eligible bidders must perform all work onsite and be located onshore within the United States.
